George & Edi Reed Diffuser Refill Oils are designed so you can re-use the vessel you initially received when purchasing the Reed Diffuser Set.

The Refill Oil comes with a new set of black reeds. As the reeds will deteriorate and not work as efficiently over time, we recommend changing the reeds with each refill.

Please note | If you are purchasing a different fragrance to what was previously in your diffuser vessel, we recommend you either purchase a new reed diffuser set or thoroughly clean the vessel before reusing. The previous fragrance will affect the new fragrance.

    If you would like your item faster and/or tracked we can offer International economy courier through New Zealand post at an additional cost. 
    
    If you would like your item to be sent by International courier please contact us after completing a purchase at shop@companyofstrangers.co.nz and we will advise you of additional shipping costs. 
    
    Ensure there is someone to receive delivery, as signatures are required for packages sent within NZ. 
    
    Company Store does not post to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address. 
    
    Shipping timeframes are indicative only. Company Store is not accountable for extended postage periods. Please be aware items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day. 
    
    Cancellations are not accepted for orders that incur shipping delays.

    If an order is lost in transit, Company Store will either replace or refund the item. If an item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, Company Store will not be liable for it.
