    Natural Latex from Rubber Trees | The vulcanized part of the soles are made from 100% natural rubber. The rubber is tapped from rubber trees without doing any harm to the tree. The bottom sole is made from 50% rubber.

    Bio-degradable Bio Leather | The upper fabric used is made of bio suede. Only 10% of all leather in the world is considered bio.
    Our leather is chrome free and tanned with tannis extracted from trees. In other words our suede is 100% biodegradable and reaches total disintegration after only 30-50 days according to iso-20200.

    Cork Inner Soles | Our orthopedic footbed is made from natural cork (natural latex) and held together with natural jute. The cork used is responsibly harvested from the cork tree. The inner sole is covered with 100% recycled microfiber and manufactured within the requirements of the reach-regulation on chemicals of concern.

    Organic Cotton Laces | The laces are made of 100% natural gots certified organic cotton. Gots (the global organic textile standard) is the leading textile standard for organic fibres - including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.

  • We use overnight delivery via NZ Post for all New Zealand orders. Place your order before 3PM and we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day.

    Store Pickups can be collected from Company Store: 309 George Street, Dunedin.

     

    If you would like your item faster and/or tracked we can offer International economy courier through New Zealand post at an additional cost. 
    
    If you would like your item to be sent by International courier please contact us after completing a purchase at shop@companyofstrangers.co.nz and we will advise you of additional shipping costs. 
    
    Ensure there is someone to receive delivery, as signatures are required for packages sent within NZ. 
    
    Company Store does not post to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address. 
    
    Shipping timeframes are indicative only. Company Store is not accountable for extended postage periods. Please be aware items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day. 
    
    Cancellations are not accepted for orders that incur shipping delays.

    NON-DELIVERY

    If an order is lost in transit, Company Store will either replace or refund the item. If an item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, Company Store will not be liable for it.
