PAYMENTPrices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card.
International Purchases - The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
As we are based in New Zealand your purchase is converted to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the fit of an item, or the item is faulty, it can be exchanged or refunded provided the conditions below are observed.
To obtain a full refund or exchange an item, Company Store must receive the returned item within 14 working days of it being received by you.
How to return or exchange your purchase:
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:
- Contact must be made in advance of an item being returned, please email Company Store at: email@example.com explaining what you are returning and why?
- Company Store must receive items within 14 working days from you receiving item and items must be - Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition with all original tags still attached. We recommend returning items in original packaging to ensure the necessary protection while in transit.
- Free returns over $250 within New Zealand must use our return slip. Items under this value must be sent at your own expense using track & trace postage. Company Store insists upon being made aware of the tracking reference number and accepts no liability for lost or post damaged items.
We recommend all customers check garments thoroughly before removing tags and wearing.
Please note: For hygiene reasons that there are no returns or exchanges permitted for earrings.
If an item is returned any later than the 14 working day time period no refund can be made.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given on sale items. These sales are final and cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Returns & exchanges policy applies to online purchases only.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. Please make sure you advise the store of this intention.
The above policy does not extend to sale items.
Please check our Refund Policy above if you think you are entitled to a refund.
Once company store has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments may take up to 7 days to process.
Please note - Return items must be sent at your own expense and track and trace postage must be used.
Company Store insists upon being made aware of the track and trace reference number.
No refunds on Sale items.
Company Store accepts no liability for lost or post-damaged items.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
A request for exchange may be made within 14 days of purchase, providing the items have not been worn, altered or soiled and original swing tags are still attached.
Please be aware that we do not refund, if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. However we will offer you an exchange or credit note.
We have the right to repair or replace faulty items prior to offering a refund.
If an item is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to repair or replace it. If in the case we have no more stock of a faulty item we will award a full refund.
We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear.
STOCK AVAILABILITYCompany of Strangers supplies our physical store and online store with these products. In the unlikely event that someone is buying the item in store at the same time you are buying it online, we will notify you immediately and refund you the full amount.
SALE ITEMSThere are no refunds or exchanges for sale items, but if it is faulty we will do our best to fix it or replace it. In the case of receiving a faulty item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items. Our standard shipping costs apply.
We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All information is kept confidential and not shared with any third party. However, in the unlikely case of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our logs and records.
